The Flag of Venezuela
The coat of arms was established to represent the law of the national flag, their shield, and their anthem, and this was adopted on February 17, 1954. The shield has the colors of the national flag, which are yellow, blue, and red. The yellow means wealth, the blue signifies independence from Spain, and red is a symbol of courage. The shield is located on the upper left side of the flag. The wheat in the coat of arms represents the union of the twenty provinces and symbolizes the attempts to gain independence and liberty.
